Whiskey Citrus Ginger

1 part whiskey of choice
3 parts Citrus Ginger kombucha

Fill up a glass with ice and add 1 part whiskey and 3 parts kombucha.
E.g. 1 oz. whiskey and 3 oz. kombucha. You may want to add
a little bit more kombucha to taste. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

This simple cocktail is perfect for when you want to kick your boots
up after a long day and enjoy a good whiskey,
but with some beneficial gut bacteria thrown in!

Summer Fruit Sangria

1 bottle of Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio
4 stone fruits, sliced. We used peaches, nectarines and plums
A handful of blackberries
Cherry Blossom kombucha

Pour the bottle of wine into a pitcher and toss in all of the summer fruit.
Let it soak in the fridge for a couple of hours.
To serve, pour over ice and top with Cherry Blossom kombucha in a ratio of about 1:3 or to taste.
Drop in some of that wine soaked fruit!

Sparkling Lavender Lemonade

Juice of one lemon
1/4 tsp honey
2 oz Lavender Chamomile kombucha
Sparkling mineral water, like Topo Chico

In a glass, dissolve the honey in the lemon juice.
Add about 2 oz of Lavender Chamomile kombucha (this would also be great with Blueberry Bliss).
Fill a separate glass up with ice, pour in the lemon and kombucha mixture and top with sparkling mineral water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and sprig of lavender.

Add a shot of vodka or gin for a more spirited version. Enjoy!
